BLOG 5: Changes to My Study Programme

Imagen
The dance career currently lasts five years, but I entered with the old curriculum, which means that I will study for six years, two of which happened during the pandemic.  It's hard for me to know what I could change about my college career, since I don't have much to compare it to. However, there are always things that you want when you are studying. Part of those wishes is that it had folklore as part of the curriculum, because I think that everything is focused on the European and American vision, leaving aside the place where we developed, as well as its rhythms, colors, metrics, history and gestures. I would also add, graduating with the title of choreographer to give greater emphasis to the development of authorial creation. Taking these two changes into account, the workload would be greater, since there would be more courses to study and there would not be more space for recreation outside the university, this being counterproductive to what is constantly appealed to:

BLOG 4 Time travel to the past or future

Imagen
To be able to travel in time would be a great desire if I could do it.  If I could time travel I would like to visit the future and the past, first I would travel to the future, but I would not go to the near future as I would not like to know now what my life will be like in about 30 years more, because I do not want that to influence my decisions today. I would like to know a distant future to be able to observe what life will be like when it is gone, to see if cars really fly and if there are robots that are friends or boyfriends of humans, as in the series Futurama. If I could stay in the future, I would stay 3 months to observe how they live, the lifestyle they lead and the things they do to have fun, to observe how art has evolved and also dance and the advances it may have. If I could travel to the past, I would like to know the time when the Egyptians made the pyramids to see if they were really built by humans or perhaps by giants, I am becoming more convinced of the existence

BLOG 3: My dream job

Since I was a little girl I liked to teach my toys, I would sit them all around a small table and with a blackboard I would teach them what I learned at school. Over time, I discovered that what I was really passionate about was dance. At the age of 6 I started taking dance classes in the courses for children of the Municipality of Maipú and since then I have wanted to become a dancer. To achieve this, I need to complete my studies at the university, which entails improving my skills in both artistic expression and body language. It is also essential to maintain good physical condition, persevere, and maintain concentration in each of the classes. On the other hand, I need to take classes in other institutions to know and learn different rhythms and styles of dance. My desire is to become a great dancer in a dance company, ideally to tour outside of Chile to get to know different countries and cultures around the world. In this sense, I believe that salary is not a priority for me, so

BLOG 2: The best holidays ever

Imagen
My best holidays was last summer I met Chile Chico, in Chile Chico lives my sister and I went to visit her. Is a long  journey that takes you all day as you have to take plane, then a transfer and finally a barge. I left Santiago at 9:00 in the morning and arrived at chili chico at 11:30 at night. I was there for a month, I did different activities like treeking in jeinimeni lake reserve, I did cayac in Baker river, swim in lake General Carrera and the water was too cold, I also went to salsa classes and harvested garlic and pumpkin. I miss the marble caverns but I hope to meet him next summer.   I had a great time with my sister, her dog named alpha and her cat named esteban, we walked full and ate delicious things.   On returning to Santiago the barge was bad, so I had to travel by plane and co-pilot to Coyhaique. I was really scared but the view was beautiful.  I hope to return soon and continue enjoying the tranquility and beautiful landscapes that has Chile Chico.

BLOG 1: A country you would like to visit

Imagen
hi everyone,  I would like to know many countries and travel around the world,  but the country I can meet in the short term is mexico,I would like to know the celebration of the day of the dead, since it is a party that I consider very beautiful because it is very colorful and all the music you live at that time. I would also like to participate in the celebration for a more spiritual context, since I find it very nice that one can meet spiritually with their loved ones and be able to celebrate, remember and connect with those people who were important in your life and who are no longer on the earthly plane. Another thing I like about Mexico is Taco, it is a food that fascinates me a lot, but I think that if I go to mexico I will leave the hot sauce for another occasion since it is not something that I eat habitually and can do me wrong. Finally I would like to visit the pyramids of Chichén Itzá, which is a World Heritage Site and one of the Wonders of the World. I hope someday I can

Who is a person/expert on your field that you admire? Pina Bausch, a German dancer and choreographer who revolutionized contemporary dance and always remained at the forefront, was born in Solingen (Germany) in 1940 She was a pioneer of contemporary dance, before the dance was typecast only in the ballet technique, where everything is very structured, she took a turn and released the dance, letting the body really express itself without limits. creator of an avant-garde style that was born of German expressionism and is mesclo with the emotions and presence of other artistic disciplines.  She has created one of the most recognized work "the consecration of spring", was premiered May 29, 1913, went around the world and to this day remains one of the best works and fundamental part of the culture in dance.   I chose Pina Bausch because I admire her as a dancer, choreographer and person, she gave a whole revolution in dance that allowed to demonstrate the body in a free form a
